Who runs Memoir Hive?
Memoir Hive is run by DigitalSurfing Pty Ltd in Australia. It is a non-commercial project that relies heavily on automation, and support is by email when there is capacity.
Who owns the story?
The person whose story it is owns it. When a memoir is given as a gift, the recipient owns the account and the story.
Do I need to be good with computers or a good writer?
No. You answer simple questions, upload documents or photos, or let a family member help, and Memoir Hive helps turn it into a written story you can edit.
Can I leave messages for my family in the future?
Yes. With the optional Future Activity feature you can schedule emails and text messages for future dates, or for after your death is confirmed.
